		<description><![CDATA[Medical cannabis will be made available without threat of prosecution only when a politician, or their family member, needs it. As long as politicians maintain their &quot;holier-than-thou&quot; (on many levels) and their &quot;smarter than scientists&quot; attitudes; difficulties and roadblocks to medicine will remain.
When it finally hits home for a politician, then there might be hope of access to medicine without fear of prosecution.

I have CMT (chronic pain &amp; neuropathy)  and have written my politicians here in Indiana and their collective response has been &quot;tough stuff - suffer&quot; because they don&#039;t want to lose the &quot;moral high ground&quot; (to quote Dick Lugar).  Sadly, as far as I can discern from Youtube, this was the same attitude of Mitt Romney.
