Rick Doblin, Ph.D., founded MAPS 25 years ago.
With over 700 attendees from over 30 countries and many more at The Medicine Ball, Cartographie Psychedelica revealed the real scope and impact of the last 25 years of MAPS’ work.

Rick Doblin, Ph.D., and Professor Lyle Craker, at the MAPS Conference.
MAPS isn’t wasting any time as we launch into the next 25 years. On December 15, the legal team representing Prof. Lyle Craker filed their opening brief in our much-anticipated lawsuit against the DEA for denying Craker’s application to grow marijuana for medical research.
The 232-page document (PDF) is a major challenge to the DEA’s politically-motivated decision to uphold the federal marijuana research blockade.
