Butane hash oil (BHO)

Definition: A chemical extraction cannabis oleoresin, made from cannabis plant matter or hashish, using butane as a solvent and ingested by smoking, vaporizing or eating. May be sold in cartridges used with pen vaporizers. Current industry standards for cannabis oil extraction and purification stand in marked contrast to the complexity of the plant’s components.
