Cannabidiols (CBD)

Definition: A non-intoxicating major cannabinoid produced in the stem, leaves, stalks, or flower of cannabis plants either high in THC content or not. CBD is used to treat symptoms of various disorders, including anxiety, seizure, inflammation, depression, migraines, inflammatory bowel disease and pain. CBD has also been found to indirectly help with sleep by easing anxiety symptoms. According to a report from the World Health Organization, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential. Other cannabinoids similar to CBD inlcude Cannabidiol monomethylether (CBDM),
Cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), Cannabidiorcol (CBD-C1), Cannabidivarin (CBDV) and Cannabidivarinic acid (CBDVA).
