Cannabis rights

Definition: Individual civil and human rights that vary by jurisdiction. In the US, much is unclear about cannabis rights among legalized states as cannabis is federally illegal. Cannabis consumers do not belong to a protected class and courts are having to address issues surrounding housing and employment law, and disability discrimination.
