HHC

Definition: Hexahydrocannabinol. A hydrogenated derivative of THC produced by adding two hydrogen molecules to delta-9 THC or converted from hemp-derived cannabinoids, such as delta-8 THC. HHC is derived synthetically and produces mild intoxicating effects. There have been no known published studies on humans. Ethan Russo has said: ‘Because HHC is synthetic, individuals may experience undesired side effects. THC on its own is actually too strong and is a weak agonist at the CB1 receptor. A synthetic agonist like HHC is stronger than that, so you’re likely to get side effects maybe even before you get the benefits.’
