Ketones

Definition: An aromatic organic compound naturally occurring in cannabis known for sweet and sometimes pungent odors. Along with ketones, additional compounds in cannabis, such as aldehydes, lactones and pheromones interact synergistically to create scent and flavor and, together with terpenes and cannabinoids, may contribute to the entourage effect.
