Nerolidol

Definition: A terpene found in cannabis with sedative activity similar to myrcene and linalool. Fresh bark odor, sometimes referred to as woody or fruity resembling apple, citrus or rose, low levels found in orange and other citrus peels. Sedative with potent anti-fungal and antimalarial properties. A promising cytotoxic (anti-cancer) agent based able to disrupt the membrane of cancer cells. Effective delivering through the skin, and may be a toxin against harmful protozoa, like malaria and leishmaniasis. Anti-proliferative, antifungal, antimicrobial and antioxidant activity.
