Definition: A joint, or cannabis cigarette, prepared and sold by dispensaries and compassion clubs. Joints provide an effective form of self-titration for patients, reaching the blood stream quicker and providing relief faster than pill forms of synthetic THC, such as durnabinol or Marinol, processed by the gastrointestinal tract.
