Soft Glass

Definition: Soda Lime glass with a relatively low softening point. This form glass production orginated in Egypt around 1500 BC and in modern times mastered and popularized as an art form in Venice, Italy. Primary technique used to create water pipes / bongs before borosillicate glass.
