Definition: Tetrahydrocannabinol or delta-9-THC. Famous as the intoxicant compound of cannabis. Along with CBD, a major cannabinoid and often the most abundant phytocannabinoid depending on cultivar. Both CBD and THC are psychoactive with the two cannabinoids both enhancing and tempering each’s therapeutic effects.
