Therapeutic window

Definition: The amount of cannabis that provides the desired therapeutic effect, expressed as a range between the lowest effective dose and the amount that produces unwanted side effects. People with little experience with cannabis often have a narrow therapeutic window while regular users often develop a wider therapeutic window.
