Tolerance

Definition: The diminished, intoxicating and therapeutic effects of THC due to a consistent intake of high concentrations, over time requiring higher volumes for the same effect. CB1 receptors have a limited capacity and reduce in number when saturated with THC. Introducing a ‘T-Break’ allows the CB1 receptors to return to normal, usually within a few weeks.
