Whole plant extracts

Definition: Cannabis products, such as some concentrates, made from flowers, leaves and stems that include major and minor cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and phenols. Because the active compounds in cannabis are believed to have a synergistic relationship – entourage effect – whole plant extracts are thought to produce more effective therapeutical benefits than full-spectrum or isolate products.
