Chairman, Japanese Clinical Association of Cannabinoids
Dr. Arakaki was born in 1959 in Naha, Okinawa Prefecture. He graduated from Nagasaki University Medical School in 1984. He entered the Department of Plastic Surgery, Nagasaki University School of Medicine, and obtained his doctorate in medicine in 1994. After serving as chief of the plastic surgery department at Chubu Tokushukai Hospital, he opened the Skin Clinic Arakaki in 1998. He is currently the president of Arakaki plastic surgery of the Shinmikai (Medical Corporation).
