Kimie heads the marketing and sales activities for MM411 in Japan, responsible for branding, partnership development and corporate sales. After graduating with a major in fashion design from EsMod Japon, Kimie launched her career as a designer of children’s wear with Five Foxes Ltd., a leading Japanese clothing brand, before working as an independent design consultant for various major Japanese apparel companies, and later, as a PR assistant with Piaget, a luxury brand part of the Richemont SA group. An entrepreneur at heart, Kimie was recruited as PR director to launch the Japanese subsidiary of the Italian fashion brand Stefanel SpA, successfully establishing the brand in the Japanese fashion market and helping to grow the business ahead of target. Kimie has a keen interest in Asian foods, nutrition and macrobiotics.
