Learn about the uses and benefits of medicinal cannabis in Long Beach at the Medical Cannabis Symposium.
The Grand Event Center in Long Beach will play host to a MediCann-sponsored event that is designed to teach others of the medicinal benefits of cannabis.
Featured speakers include Dr. Jean Talleyrand, who will provide a historical review of the uses of medical cannabis in society.
We will then hear from Dr. Mark Rabe’s account of how medical cannabis works to improve the health of our patients.
Finally, the Farmacy’s Joanna LaForce will help teach others of cannabis as an herbal medicine.
Cannabis Committee and Steep Hill Labs are sponsors of this event and there will be a very special guest.
The event is will be in the evening of June 30, beginning at 6pm and admission is free with a donation of two food items for the Long Beach Food Bank. No one will be turned away for lack of funds or food.
