Even in states where recreational marijuana is legal, patients prefer medical marijuana
From Marvolo: “With marijuana being legalized for recreational use, a lot of people are choosing to no longer use the OMMP (Oregon Medical Marijuana Program). I just wanted to explain the differences between the two and shed some light on why many of us are continuing to renew our medical cards in states where recreational marijuana has been legalized. The recreational program here has also caused some changes in the medical program, and the direction it’s going aren’t making many people happy.
